No time....

It has been a crazy first couple days of school!! All my kids are really sweet and excited to be at school! This week I had my first informational meeting for my masters praticum... Since I am getting an instructional leadership degree I have to go to lots of meetings weekly to get experience. Due to this I will not be blogging as much this semester. I need to make school and my class work my primary focus. I will try to still post if I am doing something exciting with my students, but it isn't going to be a daily or even weekly thing. I wanted to let my boggy friends know so they don't think something happened to me when I don't post for a while. Thanks for all your support during this crazy time in my life!

P.S don't worry I will be back in full swing when I am done with my masters in December!

Classroom Pictures....FINALLY

We were finally able to get into our rooms on Tuesday and had to report on Wednesday so this week has been jammed pack with lots of work! I just got back from school today...I put in six hours!! I am really loving how my room is coming along thanks to the help of my lovely mom! This is what one of the trips in the car looked like...

Remember I had to bring EVERYTHING home for the summer because they were tiling our floors and of course they didn't get them done until the week we come back! :)

Here is the bookshelf and cubbies for take-home stuff. I color code each shelf of books by AR numbers so I can make sure students are picking appropriate books.

Bee Statements (Freebie)

I had to revamp my bee statements, because before they were on an ugly poster and just didn't look very nice (I am not even going to show you the poster!). I have been working my butt off getting stuff done for my room and this was one thing on my list to complete today!

Fashion Friday: Colored Pants/Denim

So my latest fashion obsession is colored pants... actually I started getting into them last year around this time so I guess I was a little ahead of the trend. My first pair of colored pants were this great mint green, which look almost white in the picture I am going to show you. When I told my bff about them she was like MINT pants!?!? Now just the other day she was like did you see on Pinterest all the MINT pants!! (hehe) Today I wanted to share with you some of the different colors of pants and denim that is out there and have a list of what colors or  prints go good with each!!

Here are the mint colored pants (Loft last year)! They are actually a really soft denim material and are totally appropriate to wear to work! Some of the color choices to wear with mint:

I know I am going to be busting my you know what that next week to get everything done before the kids come back on the 15th and in between professional development that we have.
