Clipboard Crafty and Weather!

I had seen this really cute picture on Pinterest for a cute bin for clipboards! I of course had to recreate it, but in a lady bug theme! My clipboards are currently in a white storage bin...GROSS! This will be way cuter!

This is the one from Pinterest! It looks liked she used a soft tub. Here is mine!

It is going to totally match my classroom theme!

This week we are starting our weather unit! I love teaching weather! It is probably one of my favorite science units. I will be using the following books during the unit:

I will also be using the famous Hope King's Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs Unit!

I am excited to decorate the room tomorrow with lots of BIG food! :)

We will also be going on a Field Trip this week to Science City. Most of our kids haven't been out of the town so for many of them it will be their first time down town. I am glad we are able to take them down there because I don't know if they will ever get the chance. I hope everyone has a had a GREAT Sunday! I wanted to leave you with a picture from one of the tornadoes in western Kansas. I pray for those families and communities that were affected from the horrific tornadoes that stretched across the Midwest Saturday.

I can't get over those tornadoes. I'm glad your community is ok.

How wonderful you get to take your kids somewhere they might not get to go to (this is hard to imagine, though I have the same situation with many of my kids).

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that tub!!! I'm definitely putting this on my summer to-do list! I hope you have a nice evening Kelley :)

I'm lovin' that bucket! My kids keep their clipboards in their desk, but I'm SURE I can find another use for it! ha!!

And I have that unit in my wishlist for when I get to weather again :)

Your clipboard tub is soooo CUTE!!

I am glad that you are safe. I thought of you every time I turned on my computer (It opens up to MSNBC which has had plenty of weather pictures).

Hope your field trip is lots of fun....

It was surely decided and discussed in some earlier cases and one has to occupy everything well in advance so we would be having better results afterward. ucla supplemental application
