Fashion Fridays...on a Friday!!!

I am so excited to have today off and be able to finally post my Fashion Friday post on an actual Friday. It is such a nice day to be off and so relaxing. This week was a little crazy. There are a lot of changes happening at our schools....some good and some not so good. That's the life of a teacher I guess.

On to FASHION! This week I wanted to share about my headbands/hair pieces. I keep them all in this cute wicker basket that matches other bigger baskets in my closet.

I pulled them all out and made some different groups. I was excited because I forgot about some headbands that I had! It was like finding a new treasure.

Here are a few of my favorite headbands and hair pieces!

This headband is from ARIE and I usually wear it in the winter with some of my black and white sweaters.

This one is from Loft and it is perfect for all my cute spring dresses!

I loooove this headband. I actually have it in lots of colors. It is perfect to brighten up any outfit. It is from J. Crew! This next picture is of all the hairpieces I have made. This is something my bff and I have started doing when we need something cute for an outfit and we can't find anything at the stores. We just make it!

This is the newest hair piece that I have made! It turned out really cute.

My one big rule about wearing headbands and hair pieces is that I don't wear earrings too. I will sometimes wear a necklace, but I usually like the hair piece to be the center of attention.

I also this morning went to the dreaded Walmart and found the cheapest digital picture frame I could find. I am so excited to start downloading sight words and sentences. I hinted to my kids about it and they were on the edge of their seats!

(40 bucks)

I will be back later this weekend to share all the fun activities we did this week. It was a short week but I feel like we got a lot of things done! I am going to try and get the laundry done and my homework/grading papers done so I can actually enjoy the weekend! Happy Friday!

Love all your headbands! I think you should make Fashion Friday a linky and have all of us link up each week with an outfit shot of the week or something! Wouldn't that be fun?!!? We also need to do another meet up! I've had a few KS and MO teachers contact me. What do you think about end of April or beginning of May???
