Exciting News!!!

I finally got my TpT store up and running! I am very excited to start out on this new venture! I currently have some free items on there and my newest unit:

Well I am posting I decided to do my December Currently with Farley!

Oh yes friends you read correctly...the hubs FINALLY gave into getting me an IPAD!!! I am so excited, but the UPS guy came early therefore we weren't home to sign for the package so I have to wait until Monday. I have been waiting since the summer so I guess a couple more days won't hurt! ;)

I will be back later to tell you all about our week...we did some really great stuff with life cycles!

November Currently

I think I missed the currently for October, so I had to make sure to do it for November. If you want to participate head on over to Farley's blog:

When we get the chance I like to turn on AOL radio for the kids. They play some of their favorite songs and it just makes them so happy! It is crazy how much music can really affect the way we feel! 

Today I am off to my moms to try to make those Starbucks cranberry bars that I have seen on Pinterest. I will let you know how they turn out! Happy Sunday!

Back...for a Currently!

It is has been a crazy couple of weeks! I have been completely focused on school, which has been great! I really needed to get everything organized for my master practicum. I have class tomorrow night about my action research project...yuck!!! Not excited about that! I of course saw Farley had her September Currently up so I had to participate!!

I have been LOVING the Daily 5 and so have my kids!! I will be back sometime (hopefully soon!) to share what has worked for us and how it has completely changed our reading block!! I hope everyone has a super duper week!! 

P.S. My parents got a new husky little girl puppy named Cassie!! She has completely changed our lives...especially lil helpers! I am not sure he likes her very much yet! ;)

My OWL is present or as I say being present, because I feel like I operate at 100 miles an hour. I don't stop and take time to be in the moment.
